Due to recent changes in federal tax law aimed at reducing paperwork, Kings Ford, Inc. no longer automatically mails paper copies of Form 1095-C to all employees.   

If you require a printed copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request one by: (1) Calling: Joe Ring at x299;
(2) Emailing: Joe or HR; (3) In-person: Verbally request a printed copy from Joe or the Accounting Office.
Please provide your Name, Employee ID, and verified mailing address. Your request will be fulfilled as soon as possible (typically within 7 business days). 


You can access your 1095-C electronically in the Employee Portal by: (1) Log in to www.paycor.com; (2) Navigate to "Paystubs” and then “Tax Documents”; and (3) Click "1095-C" for the respective tax year and download a PDF version for your records that you can also print.  If you cannot access the portal and need a paper copy mailed to you, please contact HR or Joe Ring using the above referenced information, ideally before March 15.
